We fully guaranteed all the work we carryout. All parts and equipment we supply are new and comes complete with a full twelve months manufactures (parts and labour) warranty

What do you repair?

arrow Servers: Hardware and software repairs, setup, and complete reloads, including virus removal and security systems setup.   Hardware up-grades and replacements include all aspects of your servers, with assisted advice and purchase of given requirements to reduce your costs
 
arrow PC’s: Hardware and software repairs, setup, and complete reloads, including virus removal and security systems setup.   Hardware up-grades and replacements include all aspects of your PC, with assisted advice and purchase of given requirements to reduce your costs
  arrow Laptops:  Hardware and software repairs, setup, and complete reloads, including virus removal and security systems setup.   Hardware up-grades and replacements including memory and hard drives, for any further requirements we recommend you contact your laptop manufacturer directly


arrow Wireless Equipment: Software driver and security setup related repairs to wireless equipment.  At this time, we are unable to offer repairs to wireless hardware equipment

arrow Printers:  Software driver related repairs to printers, including network servers.  Unfortunately, we do not repair printer hardware failures
arrow Monitors:  Software driver related repairs to monitors.  We do not repair monitor hardware failures - please refer to the manufactures website
What else do we do? 
Network Maintenance Contracts,  server and network installations and training for all size organisations and individuals.  A separate and individual quotation will be provided according to the scale and complexity of the task given
What happens if you fail to repair your equipment? 
If, on the rare occasion, we are unable to repair your equipment we operate a No-Fix-No-Fee* policy, meaning zero cost to you apart from the small callout fee to cover the engineers expenses which is illustrated in our pricing structure
Do you charge a callout fee? 
Yes, due to the necessity to cover our engineers’ expenses and other related costs we charge a small callout fee which is illustrated in our pricing structures
